Frank Van Dyke – Lawyer
Frank Van Dyke has been focused on obtaining fair compensation for the injured and disabled for over two decades. Whether handling a disability insurance denial, a disability claim, a WSIB claim or a human rights violation, Frank endeavors to bring a compassionate approach to the law.

Jennifer Amaral – Legal Assistant
Jennifer was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario. She is married and has two children. In 1994, Jennifer attended the Legal Administration program at St. Lawrence College. After graduating in 1996, Jennifer began working as a legal assistant for Frank Van Dyke. Jennifer has extensive experience in handling all aspects of personal injury matters and has a deep understanding of how our client’s injuries affect their daily lives.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family.
Joanne Burnie – Legal Assistant
Joanne was born in Ottawa and moved to Kingston with her husband and two children in 2006. In 2007 Joanne began working as a legal assistant for Frank Van Dyke. Joanne has extensive experience in handling all aspects of personal injury matters and works hard to obtain the maximum compensation for our clients.
In her spare time, Joanne enjoys singing, movies, cooking and spending time with her family.
Heather McColm – Receptionist
Heather grew up in Montreal, Quebec and moved to Ottawa, Ontario and is now proud to call Gananoque in the 1,000 Islands her home. She attended Dawson College and Concordia University with an emphasis on Commerce. After working in the procurement and distribution field for over 20 years, she joined Van Dyke Law Office in June of 2012 as a receptionist.
In her spare time Heather enjoys gardening, cooking and long nature hikes with her husband and her dog Abby.
